Important announcement regarding Rockin' Ride reservations:
If you are unable to keep your reservation, please cancel within 12 hours of the class in order to allow someone who is on the wait list to attend the class. We are currently working on getting the system fixed so you can cancel your own class, but in the meantime, contact us via Facebook messenger, or the instructor directly to let us know you can't make it. We understand that unforeseen things happen, so the no show policy will take affect after 2 no-shows.
After two no-shows, you will be charged for the class. Clients who have been a "no show" more than two times, will be required to either purchase an indoor cycling punch card, put a credit card on file, or pay in advance for their reserved class.
Please understand that failing to cancel your reservation takes the spot away from another client and these classes are filing up, so please please be courteous. :)

8/25/20New classes in September! Rockin' Ride is back Mondays at 6:00 pm! Belly Dance will now be Wednesday at 6:00 pm & Saturday at noon, Stability Ball is Wednesday at 6:15 pm and Intervals Express on Saturday at 9:15 am!
5/28/20 - We're Open!!! Virtual classes will still be available, sign up online! We are also asking that you reserve a spot for live classes, as space is limited.
FWF Wellness has virtual classes available to keep people healthy and on track with their goals! Staying on top of your physical health is so important to ward off illness and bolster your immune system. Staying connected with others also improves mental health and well-being which is an essential component of all around health and wellness. With virtual classes you are able to get both physical and mental health improvement!
All of our virtual classes are run through the Zoom app. This is something you can download on your cell phone or tablet but also can log into via the internet.
You will be able to see and hear your virtual instructor but once class starts you won’t be able to see or hear any other of the class participants as it improves the video and audio quality. You will be able to sign in early to chat and interact with your instructor and other participants to ensure there are no technical difficulties and keep that connection with others. When class is over, video and audio of all participants will be back in to get feedback and, of course, see how everyone else was sweating right along with you!
To register for virtual classes you can click on the red Zen Planner Scheduling button at the top of this page. That will take you to our calendar of classes so you can preregister. Once you have preregistered you will either receive an email or a Facebook message with the link to the virtual Zoom class.
We find it easiest to go through Facebook messenger as we create a group of all participants in the class and you not only get the link to class but also will be the place to talk to the virtual class helper while the class is taking place. This helper will be available to help you troubleshoot any issues that may arise if it is within the helpers ability to do so.
